CHALLENGE
As Kyoto underwent its transformation into Fins and Grill, I took on the role of overseeing over 30 employees, enhancing the brand's image, and refining operational procedures. My journey began with a comprehensive business analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses. After gaining a deep understanding of the business challenges and requirements, I formulated strategic solutions and developed a detailed execution plan.
